Hi, I’m Ashley

For more than two decades, my work has centered around human psychology and development—from 16 years in corporate leadership development and performance coaching to nearly a decade of advanced study and private practice focused on how the brain, body, thoughts, emotions, and nervous system work together to shape the way we feel, respond, relate, and move through our lives.

My background brings together years of professional coaching with advanced training and a private practice focused on trauma-informed somatic work, nervous system education, internal family systems, mindfulness, NLP, and hypnotherapy. This multidisciplinary experience shapes the way I work with clients today—helping them understand the patterns influencing their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships while developing practical tools for meaningful change.

Over the years, my understanding of healing and transformation has continued to evolve—and so has my work. Today, I’m especially interested in the intersection of neuroscience, brain-body health, emotional well-being, and biblical wisdom.

My Christian faith has profoundly reshaped both my personal life and the way I understand healing, identity, and transformation. I believe there is tremendous freedom in understanding the minds and bodies God created while allowing His truth to renew the way we see ourselves, our circumstances, and one another.

I have a private practice in Erie, Colorado, where I work with clients both in person and virtually, including those beyond Colorado.

Outside of my practice, I’m a wife, homeschooling mom, lifelong musician, and writer. Music and creative expression have been part of my life since childhood and remain an important part of who I am today.
